ZAMARRUD WA offers a 7-day free trial with up to 100 contacts per session. We encourage all users to fully test the extension during the trial period before purchasing a paid plan. No payment is required for the trial.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Eligible for refund (within 7 days of purchase):
- The extension does not function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue
- Technical incompatibility with your browser that prevents usage
- Duplicate payment or billing error
NOT eligible for refund:
- WhatsApp account bans or restrictions — these are enforced by WhatsApp, not by us
- Change of mind after the 7-day refund window
- Failure to use the extension (unused license is not grounds for refund)
- Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension
- Issues caused by third-party software or browser extensions
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of your purchase date
- Provide your WhatsApp number and license key
- Describe the issue you experienced
- Allow up to 48 hours for our team to review and respond

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and your account will revert to trial/expired status.
5. Important Note on WhatsApp Bans
ZAMARRUD WA is a third-party tool that operates on WhatsApp Web. While we provide anti-ban features and best-practice guidance, we cannot guarantee immunity from WhatsApp's enforcement actions. Bans imposed by WhatsApp are outside our control and are not eligible for refund. We strongly recommend using conservative settings and messaging only contacts who expect your communication.
